- Make cashew powder in a mixie. To make the powder, you need to just run the mixie for seconds keeping gaps or else cashews will leave its oil. Soak kesar strands in 2 tbsp of water.
- Strain the cashew powder and again grind it. You will get a fine powder. Keep it aside.
- Now make one strand chasni. Add the soaked kesar in the sugar and water pan. Now add the cashew powder and keep mixing and stirring continuously. When it's done allow it to cool completely.
- It will be like a dough. On a butter paper, roll the cashew dough evenly. Now cut in strips and again roll to make cashew rolls. Sprinkle few strands of kesar.
