- Take curd in muslin cloth. Tie it to remove access water. You will get hung curd. Soak saffron strain in milk.
- Sift the curd from flour grater. So you will get smooth texture from curd. In hung curd add sugar and mix it.
- Add powder sugar, cardamom powder and saffron milk in curd. Mix gently and properly.
- Sprinkle dry fruits and garnish with cherry. Refrigerate it for 5 to 6 hours.
