Ingredients

  • 2medium raw mangoes
  • 1/2 cup suger
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom
  • 1/2 tsp black salt

Instructions

  • In a pressure cooker combine raw mangoes and 1 and 1/2 cup water and cooker for 4 whistles
  • Once cooked allow it to cool completely . Peel and remove the pulp in bowl.
  • combine pulp , suger and blend it till smooth. Add cardamom powder, black salt and mix well.
  • Add 3 cups of chilled water and mix well Pour equal quantities of drink into glass.

Notes/Tips

For diabetic drink suger can replace with jaggary or honey.
