  • 1 Karela/ bitter gourd
  • 1/4 tsp Ginger chopped
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 pinch Black pepper powder
  • 1 pinch Salt ,1 tsp Honey
  • 3 Mint leaves, 1/2 cup Cold water

Instructions

  • Peel the karela, scoop the white part(flesh) & seeds, cut it into pieces. Soak it in salt water for 30 min
  • Then grind it with mint leaves, lemon juice, ginger chopped, pepper powder & salt. Add cold water, blend it again. Strain it.
  • Add honey & mix it well. Serve chilled. Decorate it with honey & mint leaves
