- Scratch parwal, peel aloo, cut both longitudinally (same shape). Wash them, keep aside.
- Take an iron wok, add oil, heat it. Moderate the flame, add kalonji seeds, let it splutter.
- Now add onion & green chilli, stir fry it until light brown. Add haldi powder, mix it well.
- In goes veggies, stir fry it for a minute. Add salt now. Mix it well.
- Lower the flame, cover it with the lid, cook it until veggies aur almost cooked.
- Open the lid, increase the flame, stir fry it until dry.
- Turn off the flame, cover it again. Take out in a serving bowl or dish, have it with Roti or Paratha...
