  • 1big bowl moth(mataki extract) water
  • 1big bowl buttermilk
  • 4,5 green chillies
  • 1tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp tspoon salt
  • Pinch sugar
  • 1 tsp desi ghee

Instructions

  • Moth water means water we get after cooking moth in cooker.take out this and allow it to cool down.
  • We need equal quantity of buttermilk for this recipe. Add sugar and salt to it. Mix well
  • Now heat tadaka pan,add desi ghee. Once hot add cumin seeds and green chillies.pour this tadaka to moth water. Mix well.allow it cool down.
  • Now add buttermilk to it. Your recipe is ready to serve. It goes well with steamed rice. You can drink it as it is also. One tbspoon desi ghee is needed as this water has protein. Ghee helps to digest it well. Do try this simple recipe. Do not cook or boil.
