- At first heat the oil in a pan or kadhai add chana dal,urad dal,salt,red dry chilli, garlic cloves and saute for few minutes than add tomato and saute for 5 minutes while tomato looks soft.than off the flame and rest to totally cool keep aside. After cool than make fine paste in mixer jaar. and than chutney Take it in a bowl.
- Now preparing for tadka- heat the oil in tadka pan add mustard seeds,urad dal and curry leaves mix or stir well than pour it on chutney.mix well.Kaara chutney is ready for serve.
