- FOR KADAI PANEER STEP 1)Take a pan, add oil/ghee. STEP 2Now add cumin, ginger and saute well Add onion, ginger garlic paste and saute till raw smell goes off. STEP 3)Add turmeric powder, degi chilli powder and coriander powder and saute well. STEP 4)Add tomato puree, salt to taste and water and let it cook. STEP 5)Take a pan, add oil/ ghee. STEP 6)Add slice onion, slice capcium, slice tomato and salt and saute for a minute. STEP 7)Add paneer slice to it and saute well. STEP 8)Add kashmiri chilli powder and prepared kadai masala to it and saute well. STEP 9)Add the prepared gravy to the pan and saute well. STEP 10)Add cream and mix well. STEP 11)Garnish it with coriander sprig.
