These are steamed dumplings made with spiced meat /vegetables fillings, and served with one or more kinds of chutney. It can serve hot and cold in both ways.

  • Maida/atta
  • Tomato
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • ,ginger
  • Veg/nonveg fillin
  • Peanuts
  • Salt
  • Butter
  • Oil

Instructions

  • 1.knead dough (atta/maida) 2.chop onion ,garlic, garlic in very small pieces. 3.if veg then chop cabbage,carrot. 4.if non veg then keema chicken/mutton/pork. 4.add melt butter in all chopped vegetable/meet. 5.add salt to the mixture. 6.divide and roll the doue in small puri size it should be paper thin. 7. Put the mixture of veg or non veg as stuffing inside and steam. For jhol 1 . rost peanut ,garlic, and tomato in a pan and make a running paste. 2.heat little oil and put he paste in a pan add salt and powder chilli according to taste. Serving 1. Put the momos on the serving plate add the jhol from top and enjoy.

Notes/Tips

If you want it cold put the jhol in freeze for some time . then serve with litely warmed momo.
