- Roast the jeera in a pan till it becomes brown Put roasted jeera in half glass water and boil it...let it cool
- Put sugar in another half glass of water and salt and mix and let both melt In a serving glass, pour the lemon juice, ice cubes, mint leaves, sugar water and jeera water
- You can strain jeera water or add few jeera in the cooler To enhance taste further take all the above ingredients and blend it with a hand blender and then serve with ice cubes in a glass
