Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon jeera
  • 4 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 small size lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Water, ice cubes and mint leaves

Instructions

  • Roast the jeera in a pan till it becomes brown Put roasted jeera in half glass water and boil it...let it cool
  • Put sugar in another half glass of water and salt and mix and let both melt In a serving glass, pour the lemon juice, ice cubes, mint leaves, sugar water and jeera water
  • You can strain jeera water or add few jeera in the cooler To enhance taste further take all the above ingredients and blend it with a hand blender and then serve with ice cubes in a glass

Notes/Tips

You can have it after your meal in summer for better digestion as well
