Ingredients

  • 2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup coconut rolling it
  • 1/2 cup condensed milk
  • 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
  • 1 tsp ghee

Instructions

  • In a pan add 1tsp ghee and add in the desiccated coconut stir for about 2-3 mins.do this in a low flame and make sure the coconut does not brown.
  • Then add condensed milk and stir well for about a min until coconut and condensed milk are well combined thick consistency.
  • Next add cardamom powder and mix it well. It will be like gooey mass now. Keep on stirring otherwise it might get burnt in the bottom. After few minutes it will get a dough consistency at that Time switch off the flame. Don’t allow it cool.
  • Then start rolling into a ladoo of equal size and roll it in desiccated coconut and topping with some pistachio nuts. Now coconut ladoo is ready.
