- Soak a bread in buttermilk (add salt, black namak in buttermilk) and gently remove it and give a shape into ball and lightly flatten. Your vada is ready.
- Combine sugar and curd and mix it well till sugar is dissolved.
- Take a serving bowl, keep vada,pour curd mixture on it,put some green chutney and sweet chutney on top of it. Sprinkle chaat masala, red chilli powder, jeera powder on top.Garnish with fresh coriander and serve immediately.
