Ingredients

  • 6 pc Leftover Idli
  • 1 Tomato Cut into long pieces
  • 1 Onion cut into long pieces
  • 1 Capsicum cut into long pieces
  • as required Salt
  • 1 TSP Haldi powder
  • 1 TSP Red chilli powder
  • 1 Boiled potatoes chopped
  • as required Curry leaves
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Rai

Instructions

  • Cut Idli into long pieces like fries Heat oil add rai now add potatoes and cook for few sec add onion capsicum and saute till transulent add tomato and mix well
  • Add all masala and add idli stir fry. Serve hot with red garlic sauce

Serve hot whenever required
