- First heat nonstick pan n add milk in it.
- Added custard powder n mix well without lums..
- Stir well for few minutes.. When it gets little thicker than added sugar in it n stir continuously.
- After melted sugar n better get thick contestancy turn off Gas flame n keep it for cool.
- Afterwards keep it in freezer for 20 minutes. Keep home made malai too.
- Remove both from freezer n churning it n make smooth paste..
- Pour this better in candy mould n put in a freezer for 8 hours..
