- Heat milk until 1 boil. Meanwhile grate soft part from bottle gourd.
- Heat ghee in pan and saute bottle gourd with continue stirring. Cover with lid and cook it for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Boil milk till 25 percent amount of milk reduce. (From 1000 ml milk boil till 750 ml reduce...it means you have to burn 250 ml milk.)
- Wash sago and add with milk. Cook it till translucent. Sago floating on top is sign of perfect cook of sago.
- Add bottle gourd and let cook it for 5 minutes with milk. At last add cashew nuts paste and cook it for 5 minutes cover with lid.
- Dilute food colour in 1 spoon milk and add in kheer followed by cardamom powder. Mix properly.
