Ingredients

  • 1 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/2-1 lemon juice
  • 2-3 tbsp olive oil
  • 4-5 garlic
  • 1 cup Kabuli Chana boiled
  • As per taste Salt
  • 1 pinch red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp. roasted jeera powder
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  • Roast the sesame seeds properly. Let it cool. Once it is cool, shift it to the mixie jar. Add some garlic cloves. Grind it
  • Add lemon juice, olive oil, and roasted jeera powder and salt. Grind it well.
  • Add boiled Kabuli chana. Add some water and make a fine paste.
  • Spread the Hummus. Pour the olive oil into a circle. Sprinkle with some red chili powder and coriander leaves. Serve with Falafel.

Have it with pita bread and can prepare anytime
