- Roast the cleaned kaju on low flame for 2 minutes as it becomes easier to grind them to lumps free fine powder. Melt sugar with water in a pan. Allow to boil to get two strings thickness.
- Now add cashews powder, milk powder and cardamom powder. Stir on low to medium heat till a dough is formed.
- Allow the kaju dough to cool a bit. Grease a plate will ghee. Spread the dough thin and uniformly. Cut in diamond or sqare shape. You can use silver strips on the Kaju Katli.
