- Boil milk n cool them then. Add 1tsp curd intoilk keep aside for set after 8hours curd put into fridge after 2 hours take curd put into cotton cloth n hang it till it becomes hung curd
- Now take a mixing bowl add powder sugar mix it add homemade cream malai and with a strainer.
- Transfer to a serving bowl add elaichi powder garnish with Dryfruits n saffron strands dilute in milk.
