- At first grease the mould heart shape and pour the batter steemit for 15 minutes
- Once it's done spread beetroot juice evenly all over the idli allow it to be like it for 15 to 20 minutes
- Give a perfect heart shape with help of cookie cutter Take oil in a small pan add mustard seeds allow it to crackle spread these tempering on beetroot idli and serve with chutney.
