Ingredients

  • 200 gms rice
  • 1 cup rice
  • 1/4 th Cup of urad dal
  • 1/2 cup beetroot juice
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon mustard seeds

Instructions

  • At first grease the mould heart shape and pour the batter steemit for 15 minutes
  • Once it's done spread beetroot juice evenly all over the idli allow it to be like it for 15 to 20 minutes
  • Give a perfect heart shape with help of cookie cutter Take oil in a small pan add mustard seeds allow it to crackle spread these tempering on beetroot idli and serve with chutney.
