Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup bajra flour
  • 1/2 cup jowar flour
  • 1/2 cup wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup besan
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup methi leaves
  • 2-3 tbsp fresh garlic (only green leaves)
  • 3-4 green chillies
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • as per need Salt
  • as required Oil

Instructions

  • Wash spinach, methi, garlic and green chillies.
  • Chop them finely.
  • Take one pot.add bajra,jowar,besan and wheat flour.mix
  • Add chopped green vegetables, sesame seeds,haldi and salt.
  • Add 2-3 tbsp oil. Mix and make dough by adding water.
  • Cover and keep aside for 10 mnts.
  • Now take small portion of dough and roll out round thick bakhri.
  • Heat griddle roast bhakri.apply little oil on both sides.cook till done.
  • Serve
