- Wash spinach, methi, garlic and green chillies.
- Chop them finely.
- Take one pot.add bajra,jowar,besan and wheat flour.mix
- Add chopped green vegetables, sesame seeds,haldi and salt.
- Add 2-3 tbsp oil. Mix and make dough by adding water.
- Cover and keep aside for 10 mnts.
- Now take small portion of dough and roll out round thick bakhri.
- Heat griddle roast bhakri.apply little oil on both sides.cook till done.
- Serve
