  • 4 cups makhana
  • 2 chopped tomatoes
  • 2 chopped green chillies
  • as required Some freshly chopped coriander
  • 2 tbsp red chilli powder
  • As Per Taste Salt
  • 1 tsp chat masala
  • as per need Some sev
  • as required Some bondi
  • as required Lemon juice


  • In a bowl add tomatoes, green chili, coriander, red chilli powder, chaat masala, salt, lemon juice and give it a mix.
  • Now add roasted makhana and give it a proper mix. Now top it with sev and bondi and your quick, easy and healthy chat is ready.
