Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp raw peanuts (soaked overnight)
  • 2 dry dates(soaked overnight)
  • 8-10 raisins
  • 2 slice beetroot
  • 2 bananas
  • leaves Some fresh pudina
  • 1/2 glass each milk + water or adjust as per taste

Instructions

  • Remove skin from peanuts.Add all ingredients in a blender jar,also add pudina.
  • Then blend blend blend and healthy drink is ready. Transfer this in a glass garnish with slice of beetroot,banana and pudina leaves.
