- Take 2 cup roasted Dalia grind it into powder. Add 1 cup sour curd, 1 cup semolina.
- 1/2 tsp salt to taste, grated carrot,green chilli chopped. Add water as needed mix...it properly. Just like dosa batter. Once it is done. Keep aside for 10 minutes for fermating.
- Heat non-stick pan. Add spoonful dosa batter. Spread evenly and make round in shape. Cook till it is light brown in color. Once it is done.
- Transfer to a serving plate and Ready to serve....hot....Dalia cosa with tomato chutney...
