Ingredients

  • 2 cup Dalia (roasted)
  • 1 cup curd
  • 1 cup Suji/ semolina
  • 1 grated carrot,
  • 1 green chilli chopped
  • to taste Salt
  • As needed Oil for frying
  • as required Few chopped coriander leaves

Instructions

  • Take 2 cup roasted Dalia grind it into powder. Add 1 cup sour curd, 1 cup semolina.
  • 1/2 tsp salt to taste, grated carrot,green chilli chopped. Add water as needed mix...it properly. Just like dosa batter. Once it is done. Keep aside for 10 minutes for fermating.
  • Heat non-stick pan. Add spoonful dosa batter. Spread evenly and make round in shape. Cook till it is light brown in color. Once it is done.
  • Transfer to a serving plate and Ready to serve....hot....Dalia cosa with tomato chutney...

Sambar is also good with this dosa
