- Firstltly wash properly the spinach then bowl the spinach in the boiling water for few minutes then put it into cold water.remove it from water and squeeze it proper.
- Take a pan add 1 tbsp oil add french beans, capsicum and peas saute for few min.
- In a mixer grinder add blanch spinach, and all green veggies and coriander leaves and green chillies. make a smooth padte.
- Take a bowl add mashed potatoes then add green veggie paste, paneer and corn flour, and all dry ingriedients. and bread crubs for binding mix well.
- Take some mix in hand make small balls. flattern them and give shape cover it with bread crubs and decorate it with cashew.keep into fridge for 1 hr. then shallow fry till golden brown.
- Serve it hot with ketchup or all time my fav hummus. yummy kabab is ready….
