- First of all take 2 cup dry Handva Mixture soak them in curd/butter milk /one lemon and some water overnight
- Now next morning Grate the vegetables as per your choice
- Add all spices to the mixture and spread the tadka of mustard, Cumin, Sesame seeds and mix them well and add pinch of baking soda to the mixture.
- Add some chopped coriander leaves and mix them well
- Now you can make this as pan cake as well as in Appam stand too
- Grease the stand and pour 1tsp of the batter in each and keep the stand and cook them for about 5-10 minutes by flipping both the sides.
- Do serve them with Chutneys, ketchup and your beverage
