  • Curd 1 cup
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Fresh rose petals 2 cups
  • Elachi powder 1tsp
  • Snauf powder 2 tsp
  • Honey 2 tsp
  • Lime juice 1 tsp

Instructions

  • For gulkand in bowl add rose petals sugar crush using hand well add elachi and snauf crushed powder mix well.
  • Heat the pan in low flame add rose mix salute till sugar dissolve add lime juice and honey mix well turn off flame add chopped nuts mix well and allow to cool.
  • For lassi add two spoon of gulkand prepared in blender with cup of curd blend together welly add water a little if required. Serve chilled garnish with rose petals.
