Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup jaggery ,1/2 cup water
  • 2 teaspoons cardamom powder
  • As needed oil for frying

Instructions

  • Take a pan and add half a cup of water and half a cup of jaggery. Turn on the gas.
  • Stir it until the jaggery melts and then add cardamom powder in the jaggery water mix it and stir it well.
  • Turn off the gas then add 1 cup whole wheat flour continuously stirring and make sure no lumps are there.
  • Then let it rest for at least half an hour. After half an hour stit it again and again.
  • Heat oil and deep fry them.
  • Now your tasty Gulgule is ready to serve. Enjoy hot!!
