- Take a pan and add half a cup of water and half a cup of jaggery. Turn on the gas.
- Stir it until the jaggery melts and then add cardamom powder in the jaggery water mix it and stir it well.
- Turn off the gas then add 1 cup whole wheat flour continuously stirring and make sure no lumps are there.
- Then let it rest for at least half an hour. After half an hour stit it again and again.
- Heat oil and deep fry them.
- Now your tasty Gulgule is ready to serve. Enjoy hot!!
