Gujarati Curd Rice

Ingredients

  • 2 cups boiled rice
  • 1 cup curd
  • 2 Green chilIies
  • 1 teaspoon roasted cumin seeds
  • 2 tablespoons Coriander leaves
  • As per taste Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon hing
  • 1 tablespoon ghee

Instructions

  • Take rice in a mixing bowl and mash roughly. Cut the chili into small pieces. Add the curd, chili, hing in rice, and mix well. Then add 2 cups of water and mix it.
  • Heat the nonstick pan on medium flame and pour the rice mixture into the pan. Stirring and cook 8 minutes and switch off the flame, Sprinkled cumin seeds, and ghee. Then cover the pan with a lid till 3 minutes.
  • Easy making, tasty, healthy, Gujrati curd rice is ready for Serve, Garnish with coriander leave and Serve hot.
