- Boil milk in a pan. Dilute custard powder in a bowl with cold milk. Set aside.When the milk starts boiling, add sugar and boil in medium flame till sugar is dissolved.
- Add pinch of salt to balance the sweetness. Now add the diluted custard powder and boil stirring constantly. Switch off flame immediately when custard thickens. Set aside to cool.
- Refrigerate. Mix grapes and cranberries and toss.Serve chilled a delicious, healthy sweet and mildly sour dessert anytime or after meals.
