  • Black grapes (seedless)
  • Beetroot
  • Carrot
  • Honey
  • Sugar
  • Nuts

Instructions

  • Take 1 large carrot,1 medium beetroot and 1/2 cup of grapes blend it well and take it into a glass and add 2-3 tbsp of honey and 1/2 tbsp of sugar..mix well and add over night soaked almonds.

Notes/Tips

Very healthy drink for children. It helps for glowing skin.
