  • Oil
  • Onion
  • Cauliflower
  • Spring onions
  • Salt
  • Garam masala
  • Pepper powder
  • Soy sauce
  • Vinegar
  • Cooked rice
  • Corinader
  • Red chilli

Instructions

  • Take a pan and add oil,red chilli and saute. Then add cauliflower florets and cook till soft. Then add onion and cook. Add pepper powder,salt, corinader,garam masala and mix well. Then add soy sauce, vinegar,chopped coriander,spring onions and cook. Then add cooked rice and mix well. Serve hot. You can also add tasting salt to this.
