  • Hing
  • Fenugreek seeds
  • Corinader seeds
  • Cumin
  • Mustard
  • Chilli powder
  • Lemon
  • Garlic
  • Gingely oil
  • Jaggery
  • Salt

Instructions

  • Take a pan and roast cumin seeds, coriander seeds and fenugreek seeds till golden brown without oil. Powder the roasted ingredients finely and keep aside. Heat the pan and pour the oil. When the oil is hot add mustard seeds and when it splutters add Hing and lemon juice. When the juice boils add the peeled garlic. After 5 min add salt, chilli powder. When the juice becomes thick to pickle consistency add jaggery powder and remove from the flame.and let it cool then store.
