- Wash rice twice and soak for 5 minutes. Once it is done. Keep aside. Boil rice when it is half cooked. Once it is done. Strain it and keep aside. Heat oil in Kadai. Fry chopped onion, crushed garlic till it is light brown in color.
- Add the red chilli paste, haldi powder, roasted jeera powder and salt. Mix properly. Add rice mix well....and fry for few minutes. Add black pepper and garam masala. Cover it and switch off the flame. Once it is done.
- Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with breasts and fried cashew nuts.
