Ingredients

  • 250 g gram flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 TSP chili or parprika
  • 1 TSP turmeric
  • 1 TSP salt
  • 7 tbs oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 8 guavas
  • 10 blackberries

Instructions

  • Put the flour in a bowl add salt n tumeric n chili
  • Add 3 tablespoon of oil to water and warm
  • Add the rest of the oil to the baking soda and put in a sufuria and hear it it fizzes
  • Add it to the flour immediately
  • Gradually add the water as you knead into a dough
  • Pinch a small ball of dough roll it in a floured surface into a snake
  • Curve into a snail
  • Fry in hot oil till golden yellow on both sides
  • Remove from oil wait to cool and garnish with fruit of choice and serve it
