Ingredients

  • Milk 1 ltr
  • Dates Pulp 1 cup
  • Dry fig pulp 1 cup
  • Milk powder 1 cup
  • Cream 250 ml
  • Sugar 1 cup

Instructions

  • Mix milk, sugar and milk powder properly and boil till it reduces to half and thick
  • Cool at room temperature completely, add both the pulp and mix it well and churn it. Now set in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
  • Now add cream and churn it well.
  • Now set it completely in the mould.

It can be store for 3-4 days
