  • idlis usually leftover ones
  • oil for frying ,chaat masala

Instructions

  • Heat up oil in a kadai, and add the idli in the oil.
  • Let it fry for until it turns golden brown.
  • Sprinkle some chaat masala on top of it.
  • Tasty fried idli is ready to serve.
