- Heat mustard oil in a pan,add assafoetida and cumin seeds.Add red chilli powder, coriander powder,salt and ginger.Mix.Add green peas and mix well.Add 1/4 th cup water,cover and cook on slow flame until soft.Sprinkle dry mango powder,garam masala and coriander leaves.
- In the mean time heat oil in a wok,deep fry poha when the oil is very hot.Remove it from the oil and keep it on a kitchen paper. Sprinkle salt,red chilli powder and dry mango powder and mix.Fry all the poha in 3-4 batches.
- Just before serving,take a plate,place cooked peas first and then cover it with fried poha. Enjoy this quick and tasty snack with your family and friends.
