- Heat oil in a pan adds mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and curry leaves. Now, add chopped onion till they turn golden brown color and add chopped tomato, green chili. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Add tomato sauce, soya sauce, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt to taste. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Add idli piece and toast all ingredients cover it with lid for 5 minutes in low flame.
- Finally, fried idli is ready.
