- In a pan boil water add chopped cabbage to it ,then give 2 boils ,drain all water
- Now in a pan heat ghee saute this par boiled cabbage for 5 minites
- Now add milk to it and stir on low flame till the milk gets absorbed and cabbage gets soften
- Now add grated jaggery and stir till 5 minutes then add khoya to it
- Once u add khoya stir the mixture on low flame till it starts forming lump
- Now add spinach puree,honey,peanut butter, cardamom powder mix all well till 5 minutes
- Lastly add pista powder and dedicated coconut and stir till barfi leaves the sides of pan
- Now transfer this barfi in a greased tray and let it come to room temperature
- Then set it in free for 30 minutes
- Now u can put it into desired mould and unmould it or cut it into desired shape
- And serve it with garnish of grated pista and desicatted coconut
