Ingredients

  • 250gms diced fish.
  • 1tsp ginger garlic paste. 2tsp redchilly powder,
  • 1 tsp coriander powder,1tsp Zeera powder
  • 1/2tsp Ajwain powder, 1/2tsp pepper powder
  • 1/2tsp lemon juice, red food colour, salt

Instructions

  • Mix all above ingredients and make a paste coat fish cubes well with marinate. Rest for 15 min Heat oil in a nonstick pan, add chopped garlic, saute it for a minute, add fish along with complete marinate, let it cook on low flame in both sides, till fish done well, Heat a coal and give smoke to cooked fish for 5min with lid close.

Serve hot with lemon
