- Mix water chestnut flour,khoya and milk. Mix it very well. Let it rest for 15 min.
- For sugar syrup-Boil sugar and water,keep on stirring until all sugar dissolves.Cook for 3-4 min.and check.we need one string syrup.Seitch off the gas.
- Heat Desi ghee in a pan.Pour one ladle full batter in the ghee (medium to low flame) Fry it for 3-4 min.and then flip it over and fry until golden brown on both the sides.
- Remove it from the ghee and dip it in sugar syrup.(Sugar syrup should be warm)
- After 5 min.you can serve your falhari malpua.Garnish it with pistachio pieces.
