- Elish mach. 1.elish fish 2.kala jeera 3.mustard paste, poli seeds paste,garlic paste. 4.green chilli. 5.mustard oil,salt and turmiric. How to make. 1. Take elish fish slice.clean it. 2.add some mustard oil in a pan add some kalonji seeds. 3.put poopi seeds ,mustard and garlic paste all together. Add salt and turmiric powder according taste. 4.stare it for 1 min .add normal water. 5.turn it to seemed, add all the fish cut . 6.turn it to boil. For 10 min .. Serve with plain white rice.
