Eggplant Pizza

Ingredients

  • Some sliced eggplants
  • Eggs for topping
  • 3 cups of flour
  • 1/2 tbsp salt
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 to 3 tbsp dry activated yeast
  • 30 to 40 ml luck warm milk
  • 2 to 3 tbsp oil
  • Water for kneding
  • Pizza sauce
  • Red chili flacks
  • Oregano
  • Some sliced capsicum
  • Sliced onions

Instructions

  • First, take a bowl. Add luck warm milk. Add sugar. Add yeast and mix well. Leave it to activate for 10 minutes.
  • Then take another bowl. Add flour, salt, sugar, oil, and activated yeast. Mix well. Then knead a soft dough. After that leave the dough for 1 to 2 hours.
  • After 2 hours, knead the dough for 30 seconds. Then take a medium size dough. Spread the dough into a medium size pizza base.
  • Then, spread out the pizza sauce. After that place some thin slices of eggplants. Cover the eggplants with some sauce. Now place some capsicum, onions. Bake the pizza for 15 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
  • After 15 minutes, Crack one egg on Top. Sprinkle some salt, chili flacks, oregano. Again, bake them for 5 to 6 minutes or until the egg is cooked. But here we want runny yolks. So do not overcook the yolks. Our eggplant Pizza With an egg on Top is ready.
