- Grind the suji to fine powder. In a bowl add curd, powder sugar, milk powder and oil. Mix well. Now add the grinded suji. Mix well.
- Cover and keep it aside for 15 mins. Now open the lid, add baking powder and baking soda and milk. Mix again. Add more if reqd.
- Now in tutti frutti add flour and mix. Add it to the suji batter.
- Preheat a big pan, place a stand. Grease a cake tin with oil, sprinkle some flour and then pour the batter into the tin. Bake it for 40 mins on medium low flame.
- When ready remove from the pan and allow it to cool completely. Remove and cut it, its ready.
