Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup powder sugar or as needed
  • 1/2 condensed milk
  • 1 cup plain flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tsp oil

Instructions

  • For dry ingredients : Sieve the plain flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Mix....well.
  • For wet ingredients : In a bowl combine melted butter, powder sugar, vanilla essense and oil. Whisk properly.
  • Sieve the plain flour, baking powder, baking soda and a pinch of salt. Mix properly see that no lumps are there.
  • Grease butter and plain flour on the cake tin. Pour the cake mixture and spread evenly. Preheat oven 180 Degree C for 10 minutes. Place the cake mould in the oven. Bake at 180 degree C for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes. Remove and check with a knife. If the knife is clear. The cake is done.
  • Transfer to a plate. Garnish with cherry and Ready to Serve.
