- In a wok heat water and add the eggs gently. Boil on medium flame for 8 mins. The eggs should be half boiled. Set aside and immediately put under cold water to stop the eggs from cooking. Peel and add to a bowl
- With a fork break the eggs, add salt and pepper
- On the brown slices of bread cut the edges and apply egg mayonnaise evenly. Add the egg mix and with back of the spoon spread evenly. Garnish with Dill and press the other slice on it. Press on the bread gently
- Cut diagonally with a bread knife. Set aside
- Plate with Darjeeling Tea and enjoy Tea time snacks
