  • as required Butter, to coat
  • 3 tbsp Milk
  • as per taste Salt & Pepper,
  • as per taste Salt & Pepper,
  • 1 tbsp Onions, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Coriander leaves, finely chopped
  • 1 Green Chili, finely chopped
  • 3-4 tbsp Shredded Cheese
  • 2 Bread Slices, Buttered and cut in cubes

Instructions

  • Take a microwave-safe mug. Add some butter to it and microwave it for about 10-20 seconds. Brush the mug with melted butter.
  • Add 3 tbsp milk, salt to taste, pepper to taste, finely chopped 1 tbsp onion, 1 tbsp coriander leaves, and 1 green chili. Whisk it.
  • Now, add 2 tbsp shredded cheese and bread cubes to the mug.
  • Mix it well using a fork or spoon. Top it with remaining shredded cheese.
  • Microwave it for about 1 minute. Garnish it with some coriander leaves. Your masala french toast in a cup is ready to serve with some tomato ketchup and hot tea on the side.
