  • Sesame seeds
  • Walnuts
  • Peanuts
  • Cashew
  • Almonds
  • Ghee
  • Coconut
  • Dry ginger powder
  • Jaggery

Instructions

  • Take a bowl and add sesame seeds, walnuts, peanuts, almonds, cashew nuts and mix everything. Grind the mixture into a powder form. Heat a pan and add ghee. Add dry ginger powder and mix it well with ghee. Add grated coconut and mix it well then keep it aside. In the pan add dry fruit ground mixture. Roast it until the moisture goes away. Heat the pan and add ghee to it. Add jaggery and heat it till jaggery melts into a thick syrup. Now add the coconut and dry ginger powder mixture to the roasted dry fruit powder mix. Mix it well. Then add the sweet jaggery syrup to the mixture. Mix everything properly. Now roll the mixture in round dumplings shape. Serve.
