  • 500gm . Puffed rice
  • Handful dry fruits
  • as needed Cashew nuts, almonds
  • as required Water

  • Add 2 cup water in Kadai. Add 2 balls of jaggery and boiled till the jaggery dissolves. It should be thick in consistency. Switch off the flame. Then add puffed rice..
  • Mix....properly with jaggery. Add crushed dry fruits. Mix...well. In a plate. Apply ghee or oil. Pour the mixture in a plate and spread evenly. With knife make a bar in shape. When the mixture is slightly cool. Then cut it into slices. Once it is done.
  • Transfer the puffed rice mixture in a serving dish. Enjoy puffed rice as a dessert.
