  • Dill leaves
  • Onion
  • Oil
  • Chana dal
  • Urad dal
  • Red chilli
  • Green chillies
  • Toor dal
  • Turmeric
  • Salt

Instructions

  • Wash and soak dals for an hour in water.Drain the water. First put Red chilli,Green chilli,Dals and haldi in the mixer and grind it coarsely. Add Salt while grinding. Chop the dill leaves and onion finely and add it to the grinded thick paste. Heat oil and take ball sized balls and put it on your left palm and flattened it. Deep fry till brown on both sides in medium heat. Serve hot.
